PASSAGE: BRUCE JOHNSTON

Bruce Johnston died of cancer on Friday at the age of 79. Johnston's career included stints as past president and governor of the Institute of Canadian Advertising, president and CEO of McKim Advertising, chairman of the board and president of The Spectrum Group, president of Sanlisco and director of Quarry Integrated Communications. He is survived by his wife Bunty and his children Scott, Lisa, Sandi and Rick.
