ACCENTURE BRINGS GLOBAL CAMPAIGN TO CANADA

Management consulting company Accenture will release its current global advertising campaign in Canada today. The print, television and display ads in airports will promote the company's High Performance Business service. The creative features golfer Tiger Woods, who has signed a multi-year endorsement deal with Accenture. The ads depict Woods in golf situations that require "optimum performance." The tagline is "Go on. Be a Tiger." The campaign was created by Young & Rubicam of New York. It will run in 27 countries including Canada, the U.S., Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain and the United Kingdom. In Canada print advertising will run in The Globe & Mail and National Post newspapers. Media buying in this country was handled by Young & Rubicam of Toronto. Public relations for Accenture in Canada are handled by National Public Relations of Toronto.
