ALLSTREAM BEGINS NEW AD CAMPAIGN

Toronto-based telecommunications company Allstream, formerly AT&T Canada, broke a new advertising campaign yesterday. This is the second phase of a branding initiative that began when the company adopted its new name in June. The creative relates stories from recent Allstream customer who have had success with the company's services. Later ads will focus on Allstream's products, particularly its connectivity, infrastructure management and IT services. The campaign also introduces a new tagline: "There's more to networks." "Our newest ad campaign and tagline...focuses on going beyond the brand awareness stage," said Allstream marketing vice-president Mike Kologinski. "We're now building credibility by demonstrating how Allstream is delivering on its brand promise." The campaign was created by Publicis Canada. It will include newspaper, magazine, radio, television, out-of-home and online advertising, which will run through the fall.
