TSN, FRITO LAY RESUME FANDEMONIUM PROMOTION

TSN and Frito Lay Canada are preparing a second annual Fritos Fandemonium contest. The promotion will take the form of a search for the ultimate CFL fan. The contest will run until Oct. 24 at nine CFL games. Ten winners will receive a trip for two to the 2003 Grey Cup in Regina. Nine people will be chosen at the selected games. The tenth will be determined by a random draw. Entrants must register at a Fritos Fandemonium booth before start of each game. The entrants must persuade a judging panel that they are their CFL team's ultimate fan. The panel will judge the contestants based on the display of team colours and logo, team knowledge and team spirit. Entries for the random draw must by submitted at <http://www.tsn.ca/fritos>. The contest is being promoted with a series of 30-second commercials that list dates of the nine games as well as winners from last year's search. The contest is also being promoted at the retail level with in-store materials and specially marked Fritos packaging, created by Capital C Communications.
