ICEFLOE HIRES CARTER

Icefloe Technologies has appointed Phil Carter executive vice-president. Icefloe manufacturers draft beer dispensing equipment. Carter will be responsible for the company's sales and marketing in Canada and international business development. Most recently Carter had been providing contract management services to a number of companies. He has aso worked at Labatt Breweries and Young & Rubicam.
