AFRM2 ADDS TWO

Siegfried Djokoto has been appointed director of finance for Afrm2 Communications and its subsidiary Top Advertising. Most recently he was a senior accountant with GVFX. Trudy Fraser has been hired as an account supervisor at Top. Fraser will oversee the Prime Restaurants account. Most recently she had been working as a freelancer.
