RAMADA HOTEL BEGINS PETRO-CANADA GAS CARD PROMOTION

Ramada Franchise Systems of Parsippany, NJ has introduced a promotion for guests who are members of Petro-Canada's Petro-Points loyalty program. Until Sept. 2, Petro-Points members who stay for three nights at one of Ramada's 70 Canadian properties will be eligible to receive a $25 pre-paid Petro-Canada gas card. Guests who show a Petro-Points membership card at check-in and send in their hotel receipt and entry form will receive the cards by mail. The offer is being promoted with television, radio and print advertising. Advertising for Ramada is created in-house. Media buying is handled by Magi Communications of Toronto.
