SCARLETT MAGAZINE DEBUTS

Vancouver-based Scarlett Communications has released the inaugural issue of a new magazine called Scarlett. The company describes the publication as the first magazine dedicated to issues important to professional women. Published bi-monthly, the magazine's 100,000 copies will be distributed by subscription, on newsstands and through some women's groups. The first issue contains articles on ambition, PDAs and boardroom evolution. Advertisers in the issue include Birks, Acura, CBC Newsworld, Hugo Boss, HSBC and Tropicana. The launch of the magazine is being promoted with media relations by Turtle & Hare Creative of Vancouver.
