MOLSON READIES HOUSE PARTY PROMOTION

Molson is preparing to run the Molson Canadian Rocks House Party promotion again this summer. The annual event is a national series of concerts. Tickets to these events can only be won through local radio stations, on-premise activities or online at <http://www.iam.ca>. This year Molson will add a component called "Battle of the Bands" to the promotion. Bands can upload a song in the MP3 format to the IAm.ca Web site. Visitors to the site will vote to determine which bands will compete in a series of regional qualifying competitions. The winning bands from these competitions will perform at the House Party events in their regions. A radio campaign created by Toronto-based The Hive is supporting the Molson Canadian Rocks promotion. Public relations for Molson are handled by Thornley Fallis Communications of Toronto.
