CHUM PROMOTES HALE, BAINE, MARTIN

Chum has promoted Maria Hale to vice-president of Citytv Toronto, Ellen Baine to vice-president of programming at Chum Television and Marcia Martin to vice-president of production at Chum Television. Hale was previously managing director of Chum Television's interactive properties. Baine was most recently director of programming for Citytv, Star, SexTV:The Channel and FashionTelevisionChannel. Martin was previously vice-president of production for Citytv Toronto. Martin will also maintain her position as vice-president and general manager of Star, FashionTelevisionChannel and SexTV:The Channel
