COMEDY NETWORK RUNS OUTDOOR SIMPSONS CAMPAIGN

The Comedy Network is promoting the animated television series "The Simpsons" with a 30-week outdoor advertising campaign on Viacom properties in the Greater Toronto Area.. The ads depict characters from the show and the tagline "Every Night at 9:00 p.m." The ads began running on transit shelters, posters, and billborads on April 7. A wrapped bus wrap will debut tomorrow presenting eight characters from the show who are made to appear as passengers on the bus. Scott Henderson, manager of programming communications for The Comedy Network, said the campaign will also include some other outdoor billboard properties in the coming weeks.
