GEE, JEFFERY PROMOTES ONTARIO SUMMER JOBS PROGRAM
By Adnews Staff
Toronto agency Gee, Jeffery and Partners is working for the Ontario government to promote the Ontario Summer Jobs program. The agency has created an advertising campaign aimed at youths featuring four individuals who participated in the program last year. The program helps young people find employment or start their own businesses. The goal of this advertising effort is to increase student participation in the program. The ads present testimonials from the four individuals. The tagline is, "If you want to work, we want to help." Radio ads are running through the province. The campaign also includes print ads in Italian, Greek, Chinese, Portuguese, Aboriginal and French-language newspapers, as well as transit shelter and subway ads. The campaign will run until June.
