IMPACT MEDIA OPENS IN TORONTO

A new media sales company called Impact Media Network has opened in Toronto. The firm sells advertising space on the inside walls of Canadian bowling centres. The company's principal partner and president is Mike Gallow. Impact Media has signed leases with approximately 200 bowling centres in Quebec, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia. The firm plans to expand into the Maritimes, Manitoba and Saskatchewan by the spring of 2004. The billboard displays come in two sizes: 7' x 14' and 7' x 31'. Advertising is sold in four-week flights, priced at a unit cost per lane multiplied by the number of lanes at the location. Additional coverage can include on-location materials and special events.
