GOWLINGS BEGINS ORIGINAL THOUGHT CAMPAIGN

Toronto law firm Gowling Lafleur Henderson began an advertising campaign called "The Power of Original Thought" yesterday. Created by Gee, Jeffery & Partners of Toronto, the print campaign is running in national and regional Canadian newspapers. The first ad shows an image of Albert Einstein under the headline "Great Thinkers Change How We See Things," along with a toll-free number and an offer to, "get our thinkers working with your thinkers." Future ads will use other historical figures to illustrate how new ideas can change the world, said Susan Elliot, national marketing director for Gowlings. The campaign will run until early December. Public relations for Gowlings are handled by Media Profile of Toronto.
