TACO TIME BREAKS NATIONAL RADIO CAMPAIGN

Taco Time Canada will break a new radio advertising campaign this week to promote its Fiesta Platters. The campaign was created by TAG Advertising of Calgary. It will run in 18 markets until March. In the 30-second commercial, called "Girl at Party," a woman describes Taco Time's five new Fiesta Platters over upbeat Mexican music. The campaign is a follow-up to a print effort that ran in British Columbia's Lower Mainland last month. Calgary-based Taco Time operates 117 franchised restaurants between British Columbia and Ontario. Its Fiesta Platters consist of soft super tacos, soft meat burritos, veggie burritos, chicken fajitas or crisp shell tacos, along with salad, rice, beans and a drink.
