SEARS INTRODUCES ANNUAL CATALOGUE
By Adnews Staff
Toronto-based retailer Sears Canada has created a new annual catalogue. The 2003 issue contains approximately 1,300 pages of merchandise descriptions, covering clothing, furniture, appliances, catalogue-exclusive products and various items tied to Sears' 50th anniversary in 2003. The new annual catalogue will replace the fall/winter and spring/summer catalogues previously produced. The holiday Wish Book and the chain's occassional supplement catalogues will continue to be produced. Approximately three million copies of the 2003 catalogue will be distributed nationally. The new catalogue is being promoted with a contest called the "Year Full of Dream Trips", the winners of which will receive trips to Australia, Greece, Hawaii, Alaska and Mexico.
