FORGE MARKETING BEGINS CAA ONTARIO CLUBS WORK

Vancouver-based direct marketing company Forge Marketing completed its first work for the north east Ontario club of the Canadian Automobile Association late last month, distributing an electronic newsletter to the club's members. Forge signed a contract with the club this summer based on its work for the British Columbia Automobile Association. The company also has contracts with CAA mid-western Ontario and CAA south central Ontario. The newsletter for the north east Ontario club was a Member Communiqué for fall 2002. Additional projects currently in development for the three Ontario clubs include an electronic billing program. Regular newsletters for CAA mid-western Ontario, CAA south central Ontario and BCAA members will also continue to go out to those who request them. Forge's clients include CBC Television, SuperPages.ca, Telus, Tourism Vancouver and Johnson & Johnson. The company offers email deployment, strategic planning, database management and creative services. In related news, Forge has moved into new offices in Vancouver along with its advertising division Ignite Communications.
