DEVLIN APPLIED DESIGN RE-ACQUIRED BY FOUNDER

Toronto-based Envoy Communications Group has sold its subsidiary Devlin Applied Design back to its founder Catharine Devlin. The financial details of the sale to Devlin E-Business Inc. are not known. The Toronto-based Web company was founded in 1994. It provides Internet development services to clients including IMAX Corp., FedEx, BASF, Barclays Bank PLC, Group Telecom and MAC Cosmetics.
