CMA TO RELEASE CRM STUDY

The Canadian Marketing Association will release the results of a study on customer relationship management practices in Canada on Nov. 27. The study was conducted on behalf of the CMA by Decima Research, Carlson Marketing Group and The Loyalty Group. Staff responsible for CRM at 160 corporations were interviews. According to the results, 86% of those surveyed practice CRM, but only half have a timetable for achieving their objectives. Also, approximately half of Canadian businesses develop their CRM technology in-house.
