Vancouver-based Communicate.com Inc. has hired Fairtide Capital Corp. of Vancouver to provide investor and public relations services. Communicate.com operates approximately 30 Web sites on various topics. According to company president David Jeffs, Communicate.com wants to raise its profile in the U.S. and attract investors.
