Initiative Media has promoted Johanna Maulawin, Steve Aronovitch, Stephanie Mediati and Nelson Costa. Maulawin has been promoted from account supervisor to account director. Aronovitch has been promoted from broadcast supervisor to group broadcast director. Mediati moves from buying assistant to broadcast buyer. Costa has been promoted from broadcast assistant to broadcast buyer.
