TRANSCONTINENTAL MEDIA HIRES HOLMES AND LEE

Montreal-based Transcontinental Media has hired Toronto-based Holmes and Lee to create a brand campaign for its television listing book TV Guide. The slogan for the campaign is, "The new fall season. You won't get the picture without TV Guide." English-language radio advertising will begin this week. English-language magazine, newspaper and theatre advertising will begin next week. Pamela Kirk, publisher of TV Guide, said Holmes and Lee received the assignment through a referral. TV Guide has also previously used Margaret Kool Marketing of Edmonton for its brand advertising.
