MIKE'S HARD LEMONADE, MUCHMUSIC HOLD ROCKSTAR CONTEST

Mike's Hard Lemonade, distributed by Vancouver-based The Mark Anthony Group, and Toronto-based MuchMusic have teamed up to hold a contest called "Do It Like A Rockstar." The four-week promotion began this week. To enter participants submit a list of rock star rider requirements at <http://www.muchmusic.com/mikes>. A rider is an attachment to a contract that describes a performer's backstage requirements. A panel of judges will determine the winning entry. In addition to the rider, the winner will also receive a weekend of "pampering and partying," a photo shoot and a billboard displaying the winner's picture. The contest is being promoted with a 30-second and 45-second television commercial on MuchMusic and with approximately 300 billboards around the country. Advertising for Mike's Hard Lemonade is done by Toronto-based The BrainStorm Group.
