PLOUGHMAN RETURNS TO INITIATIVE MEDIA

Amanda Ploughman has been appointed executive vice-president and managing director of Initiative Media Toronto. Previously she was vice-president and managing director of Cossette Communication-Marketing. Ploughman first joined Initiative in 1997. When she left the agency in 2001 she was managing director.
