CHOICE HOTELS BEGINS SUMMER PROMOTION

Choice Hotels Canada of Mississauga began a summer promotion on Friday. The giveaway is running at the hotel chain's 255 Canadian properties until Sept. 15. Choice Hotels' banners in Canada include Comfort, Comfort Suites, Quality, Clarion, Sleep Inn and Econo Lodge. During the promotion, guests who stay two consecutive nights or more and pay by MasterCard will receive a $5 Shell gas gift certificate. Collateral materials at hotel check-in desks are promoting the contest. Choice Hotels is also promoting the contest on its Web site at <http://www.choicehotels.ca>.
