PARFUMS GIVENCHY/AMERICAN DESIGNER FRAGRANCES HIRES BRAINSTORM GROUP

Parfums Givenchy Inc./American Designer Fragrances has hired The BrainStorm Group of Toronto to launch Kenneth Cole New York Fragrances in Canada. Parfums Givenchy Inc./American Designer Fragrances acquired the license for Kenneth Cole New York Fragrances from Kenneth Cole Productions last year. The license includes the Kenneth Cole New York, Reaction and Unlisted brands. The BrainStorm Group has been the Canadian agency of record for Kenneth Cole Productions since the Kenneth Cole apparel, footwear and accessories brands came to Canada five years ago. It was a referral from Kenneth Cole Productions that convinced Parfums Givenchy Inc./American Designer Fragrances to hire the BrainStorm Group. The agency will be responsible for media relations, public relations, media planning and media buying for the introduction of the fragrances in September. Creative will be done by TBWAChiatDay of New York.
