MC Direct + Healthcare has promoted Lori Culum to account director and Ava Irani to junior account supervisor. Culum was previously senior account supervisor. She will now work on the RBC Royal Bank, CenturyTel and 3M Pharmaceuticals accounts. Irani was previously account manager. She will now work on the RBC Royal Bank account.
