WATERSIDE GOLF ACADEMY BEGINS PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN

The Waterside Golf Academy in Toronto has undertaken a new promotional campaign intended to increase awareness of and traffic to the indoor facility. The "Swing Into Spring" initiative began yesterday. Waterside's golf-ball mascot, "Bunker", distributed passes to people in downtown Toronto during the lunch hour while golf pro Mark Evershed provided tips and advice on how to avoid injuries. Waterside also hopes to increase membership in the club with radio promotions on Toronto station MOJO Radio. Also, an advertising component will take place over the next two months. Advertising for Waterside is done by Rock Connection of Toronto. Public relations and the street campaign are being handled by Fishbowl Communications of Toronto.
