MYRIAD MARKETING HIRED BY PRIDE TORONTO

Pride Toronto has hired Myriad Marketing to provide sponsorship advisory services and marketing counsel for the organization's annual Pride Week gay and lesbian festival. Pride Toronto is a volunteer organization that organizes Pride Week events including the Pride Parade. This year Pride Week will take place from June 24 to June 30. Myriad will provide marketing communications support, sponsorship consulting and event management services, all of which were previously handled in-house. "We'll be assisting Pride Toronto with the development of a long-term sponsorship communications strategy to support the organization's efforts in developing new partners as well as providing creative services to better leverage the organization's existing sponsor activities," said Baron Manett, director of strategy and client services for Myriad. The agency received the business through a referral.
