He replaces BBDO's previous president, Raymond Boucher, who will remain chairman and CEO until his departure in June. Martin Beauvais has been promoted from vice-president and creative director to executive vice-president and creative director. John Gallagher has been promoted from vice-president and managing partner to executive vice-president and managing partner. They are joined by Pierre Nolin, who is president and CEO of BBDO Montreal's associated company Nolin Branding & Design. "I'm very proud of the incredibly talented group of leaders which is ready to take the company to the next level," said Boucher. He said that he, Angus, Beauvais, Gallagher and Nolin have "shared the common ambition of building the agency into a world class, integrated brand communications group that lives up to the high creative standards set by BBDO."
