TELUS MOBILITY DEBUTS NEW STORE DESIGN
By Adnews Staff
Telus Mobility opened the doors to its redesigned flagship retail outlet in Montreal yesterday. The national wireless provider used Toronto-based design firm burdifilek for the redesign, which will be implemented at all existing Telus Mobility locations in Canada. Aspects of the redesigned store include vaulted ceilings, cornice mouldings, a centrally placed Internet kiosk and displays around the store's perimeter for wireless telephones and accessories. At the back of the sales floor is a glass wall that bears a translucent image of a dahlia bloom. Behind that is a client service area with chairs and pedestal tables. Burdifilek is also working with Taxi Advertising and Design to develop a dealer location design concept for Telus Mobility for 2002.
