IMSRADIO TO REPRESENT TELEMEDIA'S WESTERN NETWORK

Toronto-based imsradio has taken over national sales representation for Telemedia's network of radio stations in western Canada. The network includes 14 stations in Alberta and 22 stations in B.C. Imsradio will handle major market sales for the network in B.C. and Alberta, in addition to representing the stations in the rest of Canada. Sales for the network outside the major markets in B.C. and Alberta will continue to be handled by Media Group West of Vancouver. Imsradio already represents two stations in Calgary, three in Edmonton and two in Vancouver. The company will also represent two new Calgary stations, an urban station and a smooth jazz station, when they launch later this year.
