BENCHMARK INTRODUCES CAUSEWORKS

Mirroring a similar program of its U.S. parent company Porter Novelli, Toronto-based BenchMark Porter Novelli has formed arm called CauseWorks which is designed to aid clients with corporate giving, sponsorship and cause marketing initiatives. According to the agency, the CauseWorks program will help clients to develop strategic partnerships with non-profit organizations as well as plan cause marketing programs and communicate their involvement. "Companies are placing an increased emphasis on corporate giving and sponsorship," said Stan Didzbalis, president of BenchMark Porter Novelli. "Our goal is to provide a systematic approach to our client's philanthropic programs, to ensure they link and leverage the right causes to enhance their brands." CauseWorks' services will be offered to new and existing clients at the agency's Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver and Waterloo, ON, offices.
