SAMSUNG TO SPONSOR CANCER SOCIETY'S GREETING CARD PROGRAM

Samsung Telecommunications America Inc. (Canada) has become a supporter of The Canadian Cancer Society, Ontario Division's new greeting card program. Each year of the program a new card will be produced based on the theme of daffodils in the snow. Each year Samsung will commission a Canadian artist to produce an original piece of work for the program. This year's card, called "A Gift For All Seasons", was created by Peter Snyder, an artist based in Waterloo, ON. It can be purchased at any Canadian Cancer Society office in Ontario. Proceeds from the sale of the cards will be used for research and community support services. Samsung will also make a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society for each card their company sends and is encouraging other companies to do the same.
