RED RABBIT LEO BURNETT LAUNCHES IN GERMANY
By Adnews Staff
Leo Burnett Worldwide and four former staffers of Hamburg-based Elephant Seven have formed a German joint venture called Red Rabbit Leo Burnett. Leo Burnett will hold a minority interest in the new Hamburg agency, which will be run locally by Jochen Matzer, Dietlinde Paetzelt, Eva Jung and Thom Kajaba. They will respectively handle client services, strategic planning, creative direction and art direction. "This affiliation further emphasizes our commitment to the German market," said LBWW CEO Stephen Gatield. "We have a successful, wholly-owned agency in Frankfurt, MC&LB, and this new Hamburg venture takes Burnett into one of the most creative markets in Europe with four remarkably talented principals leading the charge."
