NEW GENERAL MANAGER AT CFCF MONTREAL

CTV Inc. has appointed Donald Bastien senior vice-president and general manager of recently-acquired CFCF Montreal, an English-language television station serving Quebec. The appointment is effective Dec. 1. He will oversee the station's operations, including news, programming, sales, marketing, community relations, operations and administration. Previously Bastien was senior vice-president of sales for CTV.
