MAYBELLINE TO SPONSOR TORONTO TEEN MOVIE FESTIVAL

Montreal-based cosmetics company Maybelline Canada has signed on with the Levi's Toronto International Teen Movie Festival as title sponsor of a concert called "I Wanna Shine". The week-long festival is being produced by Toronto-based Hiltz2 Media Group and will feature documentaries, music videos and Web sites from young people around the world 19 years of age and under. The "I Wanna Shine" concert will be performed by Canadian music acts including Ricky J, EQ, ID and Untamed. It will take place at Ontario Place on October 31. Net proceeds will go to charity. The festival will run from October 27 to November 4. Other festival sponsors include Levi's, AMC Theatres, Trojan, MuchMusic, The Movie Network, Teen Tribute Magazine, Kiss 92.5 FM, The Toronto Star and What Magazine. Public relations for the festival are being handled by B|W|R Public Relations of Los Angeles.
