TRANSCONTINENTAL TO SELL HOCKEY MAGAZINES

GTC Transcontinental Group is planning to sell its The Hockey News and Hockey Business News publications, according to a Reuters report. In an internal memo sent out to staff, Transcontinental cited a decision to shift its focus to consumer, business and trade publications as the reason for the sale, which the company is aiming to complete before the end of the year.
