Montreal-based PNMD president and chief creative officer Jean-Jacques Stréliski is leaving the agency. In a press release announcing his departure Stréliski said, "I have the sense that I have met the goals which Raymond Boucher, chairman and CEO of PNMD, and I mapped out when I came back from France in 1995 to join the agency." Stréliski first began his advertising career with PNMD in 1974. Three years later he left the agency and co-founded Cossette Communication-Marketing. He left Cossette in the early 90s to return to France. In 1995 he returned to PNMD as chief creative officer. He was appointed president in June 2000. PNMD partner, vice-president and creative director Martin Beauvais will assume the agency's top creative spot. Boucher will serve as chairman and acting president. As for future plans, Stréliski said, "I intend to step back and reflect before taking the next step." PNMD is part of the BBDO Worldwide network.
