CLEARLY CANADIAN STEPS INTO LICENSING DEAL WITH REEBOK

Clearly Canadian Beverage Corporation, based in Vancouver, has signed a licensing agreement with Reebok International, based in Canton, MA. Under the terms of the agreement, Clearly Canadian will manufacture, distribute and sell a new beverage throughout the North American market. Clearly Canadian currently produces its Clearly Canadian sparkling flavoured water, Clearly Canadian O+2 and Tré Limone beverages. The company will be responsible for packaging design and naming of the new Reebok branded beverage. Kelly Lendvoy, director of communications and public affairs for Clearly Canadian Beverage Company, would not disclose any details except the fact that the drink is expected to launch some time this year.
