WENDY'S INTERNATIONAL NAMES GRUBE SVP

Wendy's International has appointed Brion Grube to head its international division as senior vice president. Most recently Grube was senior vice president for Wendy's in Canada. He will be replaced by Neil Lester, who has been promoted from his role as a division vice president for the hamburger chain in Canada.
