Vancouver-based Palmer Jarvis Communications has made three new additions to its agency. Marc Stoiber has joined PJS as senior writer, Dean Lee is working at the agency as art director and Gareth Meagher has been appointed writer. Previously, Stoiber held the same position at BBDO's Calgary office. He has also worked at BBDO in Europe and Grey Advertising's Hong Kong office. Stoiber's previous client work includes Longines, Saab, Procter & Gamble, Minolta, Delta Airlines and Canadian Pacific Hotels. Most recently, Lee was an art director at J. Walter Thompson's Vancouver office, where he worked on such accounts as Pepsi and Scott Paper. Meagher was previously a writer at the Venture Group of Calgary, where he worked on accounts such as Subway, Harvey's, CTV and the Ontario Ministry of Transportation.
