SHORT MAN BROWN BREAKS TV SPOT

Toronto-based men's retailer Short Man Brown's, which specializes in clothing for the shorter man, entered the world of television advertising for the first time this fall with the launched a new 30-second spot. The move to television advertising follows Short Man Brown's first foray into transit and print advertising last year. According to Lou Brown, founder of the company, the exposure experienced last year was phenomenal and the move to television advertising this year gives the retailer a new form of exposure. The spot, from ad agency Holmes & Lee of Toronto, broke the end of September on local broadcasts in the Greater Toronto Area and is scheduled to run through the fall.
