Former federal cabinet ministers Ed Lumley and Don Mazankowski will join the international advisory board of public relations firm GPC International. They will be joined by John Bridgeman, former director general of the UK office of fair trading. GPC's advisory board members offer strategic advice to the firm's clients as well as its management team. Lumley, Mazankowski and Bridgeman are expected to call on their experience in politics, business and management while serving on the board.

Gary Grafton, partner and director of strategic services for Vancouver-based ad agency Wasserman & Partners, has been elected to the board of directors of Worldwide Partners. Worldwide Partners is an international advertising network with offices in 60 countries and a membership of over 5,400 ad professionals worldwide. Wasserman serves as the Western Canadian representative for Worldwide Partners. Grafton has been elected for a three-year term.
