AAABC ELECTS NEW PRESIDENT, DIRECTORS
By Adnews Staff
The Advertising Agency Association of British Columbia elected a new president and two new directors at its annual general meeting held earlier this summer. The 2000/2001 board will be led by Andrea Southcott, from Bryant, Fulton & Shee Advertising, who was voted president. She will be joined by newly elected members Hugh Ruthven, from Palmer Jarvis DDB and Cam Landell, from Lanyon Phillips Communications. They join returning members Stuart Ince (treasurer) from i2i Advertising, Mark McCurdy (secretary) from Glennie Stamnes Strategy, Joan Fedoruk from Big House Communications and past president Norene Kimberley from Wasserman and Partners. The AAABC is a seven member board that works to maintain the standard of excellence in the province's advertising industry.
