GEE, JEFFERY TOASTS TWO LCBO ASSIGNMENT WINS

Gee, Jeffery & Partners of Toronto is toasting two new assignments from the Liquor Control Board of Ontario. The agency had been working with the LCBO for the past year on a project basis. According to president Peter Jeffery, the win was based on the agency's strategic strength and a researched, competitive submission. The LCBO's brand advertising assignment is for the 2000-2001 period. Jeffery said the agency has already begun developing a broad campaign to support the LCBO during the holiday season. The Vintages Holiday 2000 campaign will be more targeted, but further details are not yet available.
