SKI-DOO SLIDES ACCOUNT TO CRAMER-KRASSELT, COSSETTE

Montreal-based Bombardier Inc. has awarded its $5 million to $8 million Ski-Doo account to Cramer-Krasselt of Milwaukee and Cossette Communication-Marketing of Montreal. Cramer-Krasselt and Cossette, which pitched the business together, had been shortlisted with J. Walter Thompson of Detroit, which pitched with Groupaction of Montreal, and Ryan & Deslauriers of Montreal. Ryan & Deslauriers had be working with U.S. freelancers on its pitch. The incumbent on the account was Ogilvy & Mather of Dearborn, Michigan. Chris Dawson, marketing director for Ski-Doo, said Cramer-Krasselt, with Cossette's assistance, will handle all national marketing efforts in Canada and the U.S., while Cossette will handle clothing and accessories as well as regional Canadian efforts.
