NEWAD RUNNING TRIO OF NEW CAMPAIGNS
By Adnews Staff
Toronto-based NewAd Media Inc. is hosting three new campaigns for clients Nike Canada, Telus Mobility and Rogers AT&T. Nike is running an eight-week campaign promoting its women's Dri Fit clothing through NewAd's network of "miniboards" in fitness locations in B.C., Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario. The campaign, which was created by Nike's ad agency Cossette Communication-Marketing and runs until mid-June, also makes use of stickers on lockers which look like clothes. Calgary-based Telus Mobility is running a one-month campaign using NewAd's miniboards in the B.C. and Alberta markets to promote its pre-paid Mobility cell phones. The campaign is running until May 21 across NewAd's collection of faces in restaurants and bars. Toronto-based Rogers is also using NewAd's "Resto-Bar" network to promote its "pay as you go" program in B.C., Alberta, Ontario and Nova Scotia. The eight-week campaign, running until June 18, was created by Rogers' ad agency MacLaren McCann of Toronto with media planning and buying handled by The Media Company. NewAd targets the 18-34-year-old market with indoor poster-sized boards. PR for NewAd is handled by Concepts Inc. Public Relations of Toronto.
