HOLMES & LEE JOINS THE CLASS

Toronto-based Classwave Wireless Inc., preparing a North American launch of its brand, has appointed Holmes & Lee Inc. its advertising agency-of-record. The Toronto-based agency won the account without a formal competition. It will be responsible for launching the Classwave brand across North America. An expansion of the campaign into Europe is also planned for later in the year. The appointment of Holmes & Lee follows the wireless company's naming last month of Maverick Public Relations Inc. of Toronto as Classwave's public relations AOR. Maverick also won its assignment without a review. It will be responsible for Classwave's North American corporate communications program as well as a PR campaign extension into Europe.
