Delta Cable Communications Ltd., based in Vancouver, has appointed Hot Tomali Communications as its interactive design and branding agency. Delta Cable offers cable access, high speed Internet access, digital TV and pay-per-view services through its group of companies. Vancouver-based Hot Tomali will be responsible for developing and branding three Web sites under the Delta Cable umbrella, including Delta Cable (http://www.deltacable.com), DCCNET Internet (http://www.dccnet.com) and DCTV 4 (http://www.dctv.com).
